SELECT PRODUCT

Category: By clicking on a category, a list with all the containing products will appear. You can look at the details (picture and text) of a product by clicking on the product name or you can transfer the product into your shopping cart by clicking "order".

Search: Fill in the product name into the search field and then click "search". All the products found will be shown to you. You can look at the details (picture and text) of a product by clicking the product name or you can transfer the product into your shopping cart by clicking "order"

Bestseller list: The bestseller list shows the best sold products. You can look at the details (picture and text) of the products by clicking the product name.

New products: The products which are shown here can be chosen directly with one click. The details (picture and text) will be shown then.

TRANSFER IN TO SHOPPING CART

If you have chosen a product all you have to do now is click on "into the shopping cart" Some products offer different options (colour, size, etc.).

In the shopping cart: Here you see all the products which you have chosen. You can now change the order amount. The changes will only be saved when the "save changes" button is clicked. By marking the delete field you can take out products of your shopping cart.

If the amount and the product in your shopping cart are correct you can go on by clicking the till button, or you can have a look at other products and continue shopping. All the chosen products will be remainin in your shopping cart. During the following step you will be asked to enter your e-mail address and the suiting password in order to state your identity. If you are not registered yet, you will be asked to create your customers account.

To the till

When clicking the till button you will be asked for the payment method and shipping. More over you now have the opportunity to tell us your special wishes and tips or comments by writing in the "memo field".

Payment method: From the second delivery on you have following options of payment : debit note, cash on delivery, advance payment, credit card (we currently accept MasterCard, VISA, Delta, Amex, Diners Club, JCB and Switch) or invoice. We ensure that your data is treated confidentially. The security is given due to the coded transfer of data (SSL).

Different address of shippment: In this category you have the opportunity to enter an address of shipment, which differs to the one you entered in your customers account. To do this click on the button "change address". You can now easily send a birthday gift directly to someone. The money transfer will always be handled via the address given in your customers account.

Changing an order after confirmation: Even now you can always change your order. By clicking the button "change order" you will return to your shopping cart.

Show shipping options: By clicking the button "shipping options", all the entered addresses will be shown. You find addresses from previous orders. These are always automatically added to our client data. You can now choose an address or enter a new address by clicking on the button "change address". Now you have the opportunity to choose the shipping methods. The standard settings show and calculate all shipment methods. If your are happy with your demand, you can now click the button "continue".

COMPLETE YOUR PURCHASE

If all the settings are correct click the button "continue". You can now check your whole order on a single page. You will be shown the type, quantity and cost of the products, the shipment costs, the tax included, the method of shipment and delivery address. If you want to make a change and return to your shopping cart, once again click the button "change order". If all the details are correct you can finally complete your shopping in HerrenJeans.de by clicking the button "complete order".

Confirmation via e-mail: We will instantly send an confirmation email to you. If you don't receive that email, please check the address entered in your client account or contact welcome@herrenjeans.de.

Tracing your order: In your confirmation email we send a link which leads to your order data. Here you can see the progress of the shipment.
